In a small ceremony, numerous employees were honored for their many years of service at the Brüder Neumeister GmbH (NELA) last December. This family-run business is particularly proud to be able to honor the more long term employees, some of whom have spent 30 years with the company.
Through their expertise and experiences they are a crucial pillar of the company's success, as the Managing Director Frank and Manfred Neumeister declared in a short speech. "Our employees are our most important asset, because they are the basis for our company's success," stated the executives as an introduction before they went on to honor the individual accomplishments of the employees.
Many of them have, through their long careers, been with the company through its development from graphical machine manufacturer to automation solutions for the graphical industry and into the area of optical inspection automation for the broader industry. Influenced by the changes in the printing industry, the original "home" of Brüder Neumeister GmbH, has expanded to include the development and production of optical inspection systems which is an ever growing business segment.
