LIVI Belt-driven inspection systems

NELA LIVI

Belt-driven inspection systems are predominantly recommended for a fully automatic and non-destructive geometrical and defect inspection for extremely small parts, or for parts with an unfavorable height-width-relation which, therefore, can’t be inspected on a glass table. Belt systems are also suited for parts which have to be inspected for surface or thread defects, but also need geometry inspection. A complete check from all sides can be realized with a 180° turn of the parts.

Parts are classified and sorted as OK or NOK parts. Statistics include data for the entire system, as well as for individual sensors.
