Regular preventative maintenance and the exchange of wear & tear parts are, however, necessary in order to guarantee maximum availabilty for production, just as with any other technical device. We offer you several comfortable service and maintenance programs to choose from, which satisfy the demand for even the highest level of security. Programs tailored to your individual needs are also available - just contact our service department.

ServicePlus 24/7

Remote troubleshooting via online access carried out by a qualified software engineer - around the clock, also on weekends

With the Serviceplus 24/7 contract you will be certain that you will always reach a qualified technician over the phone - no matter what time of day or night, also on weekends. In addition, a software engineer for remote troubleshooting and diagnosis will also be available at any time. 

All of the working hours of our technical staff and on-call service are included in this contract. In most cases, it is possible to locate the technical problem with our telephone support and to enable your service staff on site to have the machine up and running in no time.

 

ServicePlus Classic

One preventative maintenance per year carried out by a qualified service technician 
including travel costs, allowances and labor

The NelaServiceplus Classic agreement will offer you the following additional advantages

  • Guaranteed reaction time for service interventions within 24 hours
  • 5% discount on spare parts and wear & tear parts
  • Free measuring of printing plates on coordinate measuring machine once a year

We will contact you regularly once a year to arrange an appointment for a regular maintenance on your machine. During this maintenance your machine will be checked and newly adjusted according to a detailed check list. All of the mechanical wear & tear parts will be checked and if necessary exchanged immediately or at a later date.

One important part is the control of the plate geometry. This will prevent plate input and output errors or plate cracks on the printing machine. The measuring of the printing plates on the coordinate measuring machine in our plant is part of the contract. In case of a breakdown, which requires a necessary and urgent intervention, we can revert to an emergency technician on call who will be available for you within 24 hours.

ServicePlus Parts

This service includes free delivery of all required spare parts which are neccessary for troubleshooting on your machine

The Serviceplus Parts will offer you the following additional advantages:

  • Delivery free of charge of all neccessary spare parts
  • Financial planning at a fixed rate
  • Electronic parts will be configured free of charge for your equipment

In case of a malfunction you will call us and we will deliver the spare part free of charge which is neccessary to repair this malfunction.
Punching and shearing tools which need to be exchanged due to wear are not included in this price.

ServicePlus Spezial

This service includes all necessary labor costs, travel expenses and all person-related costs for service interventions for troubleshooting on site. This applies to all labor which wasn’t trained in the technical training.

Serviceplus Special gives you the following additional advantages:

  • Guaranteed reaction time for service interventions within 24 hours at workdays
  • 24/7 remote troubleshooting via online-access by a qualified software engineer around the clock, also on weekends
  • One preventative maintenance per year carried out by a Nela service technician
  • Technical training in our NELA factory to eliminate first-level failures
  • 5% discount on spare parts and wear & tear parts
  • Better to calculate operation costs
  • Free measuring of printing plates on coordinate measuring machine once a year

You can call us at any time in case of a technical failure and we will diagnose the problem via remote or telephone. This service will be available to you 7 days a week, 24 hours per day. We will first try to locate the problem and instruct your technician to fix the problem.

If the problem cannot be eliminated by your technician we will send a NELA technician for troubleshooting. A free technical training is included in this contract to further qualify your technical service staff.

ServicePlus Premium

This service includes free delivery of spare parts including necessary service interventions for troubleshooting carried out by our technician on site for all labor which wasn’t trained in the technical training

Serviceplus Premium offers you the following additional advantages:

  • 24/7 remote troubleshooting via online-access by a qualified software engineer around the clock, also on weekends
