VCP
The NELA VCP is our proven high-precision, register punching and bending system with optical plate alignment. It is available for every plate size and processes different plate formats such as a combination of sheet-fed and web offset formats without problems.
With more than 3,000 installations worldwide, it's our global best-selling register punching and bending system with optical plate alignment. It is available in different models and can easily be integrated into any automation solution.
Technical details
- Optical alignment of register punching and bending in one cycle
- Register-true positioning of offset plates through high-resolution digital cameras and imprinted registration marks
- The three-point system allows pre-positioning of the printing plates and serves as a backup for the optical alignment
